The Lyon Perrache Transport Hub (CELP) is a Category 1 public access building, open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, providing connections between various modes of public and private transport (metro, trams, urban and regional buses, and car parks). It comprises a central six-storey building, including car parks. It is also connected to Perrache SNCF station via the France PEJOT underpass. The purpose of the contract is the preventive and corrective maintenance of the CELP’s heating and air-conditioning systems: the systems concerned are those required for the generation, distribution and supply of heating, those required for the production and distribution of domestic hot water, as well as the air-conditioning and ventilation systems.
