Wrexham County Borough Council on behalf of Wrexham City Board invites quotations for Strategic Advisor – Youth Provision Capital Programme. The appointed advisor will provide targeted, time-limited strategic support to help progress priority youth capital projects, including consideration of a potential flagship youth facility alongside wider youth asset improvements. The role will act as an independent critical friend to the Programme Manager and Strategic Board and may provide limited wider programme input as required. This is a 12-month fixed-term commission with a maximum contract value of £18,000 (inclusive of expenses).Bids submitted which exceed the value of £18,000.00 inclusive of expenses, but exclusive of VAT will not be accepted for this opportunity.
