France – System maintenance services – Upgrades and maintenance of the CESAM 2 system

Description

The contract covers the provision of upgrade and maintenance services (both preventive and corrective) for the CESAM 2 system infrastructure dedicated to the monitoring and operation of the A43 Maurienne motorway. This information and communications technology contract covers the entire CESAM 2 system, the functions of which fall into four main areas: monitoring traffic, implementing the operational policy, reporting on the state of the network, and managing and administering the system. The tender process will result in a single-supplier framework agreement based on purchase orders and subsequent contracts, with a minimum and maximum value set in accordance with Articles R. 216
