The North Karelia Procurement Unit invites tenders for financial and human resources management services and systems to be provided to Polkka – North Karelia Support Services Ltd as a comprehensive service. The contract period is from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028, after which the contract shall remain in force until further notice on a calendar-year basis, provided that the first possible termination date is 31 December 2028. Both the Client and the Supplier shall have the right to terminate the contract by delivering a written notice of termination to the other Contracting Party no later than six (6) months before the end of the calendar year.
