Assessment and Development Phase: Conducting initial assessments to establish baseline metrics and the development plan for each leader. Scoping and agreeing the bespoke elements. Working with internal Learning and Development team for feedback on module design to help enhance impact, organisational fit or how pre-work/content can be embedded into our Learning. An opportunity to ‘play-back’ findings to the executive team to help inform the content of the solution. Management system. Each module to be signed off by BFL at least 2 weeks before delivery to ensure the session fully meets the brief.
