Procurement of Software - MILMACS, which is a core component of the MILMACS/Military Multimedia Archiving and Communication System product The term of implementation and execution of the project will be 6 months from the date of contract signature by both parties. 1. The number of days up to which clarifications may be sought before the deadline for submission of bids/tenders is 20 days. 2. The contracting authority shall reply clearly and fully to all requests for clarification/additional information, which have been sent within the time limit specified in the contract notice, on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders/tenders. Note: The Contracting Authority is not obliged to respond to requests for clarifications / supplementary information
