Open procedure pursuant to Article 155(1) and Article 71 of Legislative Decree No. 36/2023, as amended, for the award of the contract for the integration, configuration, commissioning and digitisation of ITS systems, including the supply, installation, configuration, integration and operational commissioning of the video surveillance, passenger counting, fleet monitoring (AVM) and on-board networking systems for the ARST metro and tram fleet, and the development of a centralised data warehouse platform for the collection, normalisation, archiving, interoperability and transmission of data from the on-board and central ITS systems of the entire ARST fleet in accordance with the regional public transport (TPL) data exchange specifications.
