Description
The General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Republic has launched, pursuant to Article 55 of the Administrative and Accounting Regulations and Article 71 of Legislative Decree No. 36/2023, an open tender procedure for the supply of software licences for the ‘TRELLIX’ security systems. The Administration reserves the right to award the contract even if only one valid tender is received; the Administration also reserves the right not to award the contract in the circumstances referred to in Article 108(10) of Legislative Decree 36/2023. The sole project manager is Mr Gabriele Barbagallo.
