The subject of the public contract is the design and implementation of new services and functions for the existing SMZ (Statutory City of Zlín) Citizen Portal, which facilitates full electronic communication between citizens and the local authority, in accordance with the contracting authority’s requirements, covering: - new electronic submissions (electronic applications via smart forms) - new applications accessible via the Citizen Portal - related integrations with the contracting authority’s existing application software - support for standalone and separate modules (containers) communicating via microservices Any consultations and additional work by Suppliers and Operators of the IS SMZ and public administration (the State), necessary for integration with the new functions and services of the Citizen Portal, shall form part of the solution delivery.
