The subject of this public contract is to carry out analytical, documentation, consulting, development and implementation work consisting in particular of: - consultancy and expert services; - analytical services and work related to the analysis and preparation of the client's environment; - development services and the introduction of development standards and enterprise architectures; - implementation of cloud computing; - documentation, Proof of Concept and Proof of Technology; - development services and follow-up support; - participation in negotiations or project meetings, as required and under the terms and conditions set out in the model framework agreement attached as Annex No. 1 of the ToR, including the annex to the framework agreement.
