Norway – Management-related services – Procurement of a project manager with legal competence.

Description

The Agency for Nursing Homes needs to carry out a procurement of external consultancy services. One consultant shall be procured that combines the project manager role and legal assistance in new OPS projects, as well as assist as a consultant for the existing OPS projects. The person in question shall be responsible for planning, implementing and following-up the OPS competition. The consultant shall have special competence and experience within project management, contracting and public procurements (see SSA-B annex 1 for further details on the assistance).
