Estonia – Systems analysis and programming services – Development and maintenance of analytical and data warehouse information systems (2026–2030)

Description

The aim of the procurement is to carry out development and maintenance work on the data warehouse managed by the Information Technology Centre of the Ministry of the Environment (KEMIT) and related IT services. The main objective of the data warehouse and reporting solution is to collect data managed in various operational information systems (hereinafter source systems) into an operational data store (ODS) and, based on this, to provide reporting, analytics and API services. The solution must support the secure sharing of data between various applications and parties. An information session regarding the procurement will be held in the Teams environment on 27 April 2026 from 13:00 to 14:30. The information session will be recorded.
