Innovation and Technology Fund (ITF) _ Local Accelerator Delivery Partner / Acceleration Manager

Description

Provision of Local Accelerator Delivery Services for the Innovation and Technology Fund (ITF), Low Carbon Development Initiative (LCDI) Phase 2 Oxford Policy Management Limited (OPML), with support from the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) and Kementerian PPN/BAPPENAS, invites potential suppliers to submit a proposal to act as the local Accelerator Delivery Partner for the ITF Accelerator Programme, providing a locally-based Acceleration Manager and associated technical assistance to grantees funded under the ITF. The overall objective of this assignment is to strengthen the commercial, operational and institutional readiness of ITF grantees through tailored, high-quality technical assistance, delivered fairly and consistently across a diverse cohort. The assignment covers all eight ITF grantees selected under Batch 1 and Batch 2 and includes delivery of a shared in-country bootcamp, individual needs assessments and site visits, and tailored one-to-one accelerator support through to March 2027. It is the responsibility of the tenderer to ensure that proposals are received by 22nd July at 23:00 Indonesia Western Time. Proposals received after this time will not be considered.
