The subject matter of this public contract is to provide support for the operation and development of the EKIS System, which includes, in particular, the performance of the following tasks: • the provision of handover services consisting of the handover of the existing EKIS System, including existing interfaces, on the basis of a handover plan drawn up by the selected contractor, i.e. the new provider (hereinafter referred to as the ‘System Handover Service’); • the provision of operational support services for the EKIS System, including monitoring, in particular to ensure high system availability, the provision of system administration and maintenance, and support for its users; ensuring the implementation of relevant legislative changes by means of patching and the installation of software package updates issued by the software supplier, including any customisation to the contracting authority’s environment and in accordance with the software supplier’s recommendations, and ensuring support for pr
