Norway – Diesel fuel – Procurement of framework agreements for ground fuel for the North and South regions

Description

The objective of the procurement is to cover the Contracting Authority's need for deliveries of ground fuel in bulk to all of the Norwegian Armed Forces and the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency ́s facilities in the South and North regions. The framework agreements shall ensure stable supply of ground fuel in peace, contingency situations, conflict, crisis and war, in order to ensure the Norwegian Armed Forces operative ability. See part II (General Contract Terms), Annex B (Requirement Specifications) and Annex D (Price Form) for further details on the extent of the procurement. Two framework agreements shall be signed with one tenderer per framework agreement. The two framework agreements are divided into the North and South regions. The divide will be in the delivery place ́s postcode. All post codes from 8,000 and higher are covered by the North Region, whilst all post codes from 7999 and lower are included in the South region.
