The subject matter of the contract is the ‘Operation, Maintenance, Support and Upgrading of the ‘Enrolment in Year 1 of Primary School’ information systems and the online application systems for admission to Model Schools, Public Onassis Schools, Model Church Schools and Experimental Schools’. The scope of the contract focuses primarily on: • Operation, Maintenance and Technical Support Services (Phase A): these apply to both systems throughout the duration of the contract and include, by way of example: preventive and corrective maintenance, patch management, backup and recovery, monitoring and alerting, management and optimisation of AWS infrastructure, load testing and enhanced on-call support, and
