Darlington Crisis House (Non-clinical service)

Description

Tees Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust have a requirement for the provision of Darlington Crisis House (Non-clinical service). Tees Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust (TEWV) provide a range of inpatient and community mental health and learning disability services for approximately 2 million people of all ages across a large geographical area. Durham and Darlington (D&D) Adult Mental Health (AMH) crisis services would like to welcome bids from organisations to work in collaboration with the D&D Crisis and Intensive home treatment teams to create a new non-clinical service which provides support and intervention for people who experiencing a crisis. To ensure risk is managed appropriately and any immediate clinical needs are met, the new service will receive referrals from the Urgent Care Crisis service. Stage one was a Pre Market engagement opportunity which was advertised on Find a Tender Service with an aim to input into the development for the specification and technical questions. https://www.find-tender.service.gov.uk/Notice/071229-2025 Stage two is a Competitive Tender Process, under Provider Selection Regime (PSR) therefore this is a two stage process. However please note the outcome of the awarded tender will be from the evaluation criteria of the Competitive Tender Process and not the Pre Market engagement opportunity.
