Description

The requirement is set out in detail in the Specifications. This is a single-supplier framework service agreement, concluded with a single economic operator. It will be implemented partly through the award of subsequent contracts and partly through the issue of purchase orders as and when the need arises. The contract will take effect on the date of notification to the contractor, for an initial term of 24 months. Renewals: the contract is automatically renewable twice for periods of 12 months each. Estimated value and maximum contractual value for the initial period (24 months): 387,500 euro(s) excluding VAT. Estimated value and maximum contractual value for the first extension (12 months): 193,750 euro(s) excluding VAT.
