Milton Keynes City Council are currently out to tender for the provision of Fire Protection Systems and Equipment Maintenance. For the Corporate Landlord stock (properties from which the council predominately offer their services) the Council has full maintenance responsibility (subject to assets) including reactive, quoted, planned, best practice and statutory compliance obligations. Fire Protection systems fall into this category. In accordance with the Procurement Act 2023 and adopting a proportionate approach, the authority proceeded directly to the tender stage.
