3.1 The subject of the contract comprises the collection, transport and disposal of municipal waste originating from inhabited properties and properties on which holiday cottages are situated, within the municipality of Uniejów. 3.1.1 Under the contract, the Contractor is obliged to collect, transport and manage any quantity of municipal waste from all residential properties and properties on which holiday cottages are situated, or other properties used for recreational – leisure purposes, used only for part of the year, situated within the Uniejów municipality. 3.1.2 The collection of waste placed in bags next to the bins is also required where such waste does not fit inside the bins. 3.1.3 The collection of sorted waste fractions is also required
