Each lot will be awarded separately. The services will be provided on the basis of lump-sum unit prices. All references to brands or to the reference of a brand are given by way of indication. The contractor may propose equivalent supplies in accordance with article R.2111-7 of the French Public Order Code. The contractor is deemed to have accepted without reservation all the conditions and charges set out in the public contract.
