Norway – Locksmith services – Framework agreement locks and fittings

Description

The current framework agreement for locks and fittings expires during 2026. A supplier is needed to provide service, fault correction, engineering, installation, and removal of locks and fittings. This applies to the agency's facilities that are subject to security restrictions as well as those that are not. The maximum value of the framework agreement is NOK 53,000,000. The expected annual expenditure under the framework agreement is NOK 6,000,000. For this assignment, a framework agreement will be entered into with one supplier. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to enter into contracts with other suppliers where the Contracting Authority deems this appropriate. For security reasons, the use of subcontractors (SC) must be clarified with VAV in each individual case. The use of SC is only relevant in exceptional cases, for example for larger projects. The use of SC must be approved by the Contracting Authority. A security agreement must be entered into with the SC, and SC personnel must be authorised.
