Description

The aim of the competition is to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer for consulting engineer services within HVAC (RIV). The framework agreement shall ensure access to professionally strong consultancy with high security of deliveries in the implementation of the contract. The agreement shall facilitate predictability, high quality and efficient use of resources in future projects and measures that are necessary for safe and reliable management of the Norwegian Parliament ́s buildings.
