The subject of the contract is the provision of cleaning and maintenance services inside the premises and on the outdoor areas, including the upkeep of green spaces, at the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) Branch in Lublin and its subordinate regional offices, in accordance with the detailed description of the subject of the contract, and the terms and conditions for the performance of the contract contained in the model contract attached as annexes to the Tender Specification.
