Norway – Real estate agency services on a fee or contract basis – Framework agreement for the purchase of rental broker services, Construction Operations South West

Description

The Norwegian Public Roads Administration, c/o the Building Operations Section southwest (hereafter called the Contracting Authority) requests tenders for rental broker services in the counties of Rogaland and Vestland. The contracting authority will acquire a considerable number of properties and residences for the execution of road projects. Some of these properties will be demolished immediately, but a considerable portion will be kept and leased temporarily pending further development. The largest portfolio of rental housing is connected to the project E16 Arna-Stanghelle, which runs between Arna and Vaksdal. This volume is expected to be maintained during the agreement period. A framework agreement shall be signed with one tenderer. The objective of the agreement is to ensure a uniform, efficient and standardised administration of the rental activity in the Norwegian Public Roads Administration.
