Atrium replacement and remedial works

Description

Uttlesford district Council is seeking to commission remedial/refurbishment works to the glazed atrium at the London Road offices, specifically the atrium over the main entrance linking the Grade II Saffron Walden building with the adjacent office block. The Council is looking to procure a principal contractor / glazing specialist to design, supply, install and warrant remedial works to the existing atrium glazing system while keeping the building operational.
