The subject of the public contract is the implementation of the construction "Renovation of Jirásek Square and Monastery Garden in Pilsen", which includes a comprehensive renovation of public space, reconstruction and relocation of utilities and related modifications of transport and technical infrastructure in the area in question. The construction includes in particular the reconstruction and modification of roads, pavements and other paved areas; modifications of the street area of Jirásek Square and adjacent streets; reconstruction, relocation and new construction of sewers and sewer connections; reconstruction, relocation of water supply lines and water supply connections; implementation of storm water drainage including storage tanks; relocation and modification of technical infrastructure lines, in particular electrical equipment, public lighting, communication lines, gas pipeline and hot water connections.
