Description
The procurement procedure used is: an open tender. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2(1) and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement with a maximum value has been concluded in accordance with Articles L. 2125-1(1), R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. It will give rise to the issue of purchase orders. There are no plans to divide the contract into lots. The contracting authority has decided not to put the contract out to tender in separate lots for the following reasons: the services relating to the subject matter of this contract do not allow for the identification of technically distinct services
