The subject of the contract is the supply of reagents, control materials and consumables, together with the hire of three analysers for the determination of critical parameters, in accordance with the terms set out in the draft contract provisions, in quantities based on current requirements and within the timeframes specified in the contract. The Contracting Authority does not permit partial tenders. Reasons for not dividing the contract into lots: The specific nature of the subject matter of the contract constitutes an indivisible whole, which the Contracting Authority requires, i.e. the hire of an analyser to carry out measurements of critical parameters, together with the supply of reagents and materials necessary to carry out the tests specified in the price form in Annex 5 to the tender documentation.
