Description

The framework agreement falls within the scope of the "sensitive contracts" regulation within the meaning of Article 78 of IGI 1300. The framework agreement will be executed by the issue of purchase orders. The maximum execution period for the purchase orders is 1 year, except for exceptional and urgent services, which will be the subject of specific purchase orders specifying the execution deadlines. The services will be paid for by unit prices, subject to the following minimum and maximum amounts, set for the duration of the contract: 300,000.00 and 1,200,000.00 euro(s) excluding VAT. It is envisaged that 5 candidates will be admitted to submit a tender, subject to a sufficient number of candidates having the necessary capabilities.
