***** Correction ****** Following enquiries, the Contracting Authority has decided to issue a correction. The reason for the correction is that the eligibility criteria have been amended. Please refer to Mercell for the tender guidelines and a change log. This is a European tender for the conclusion of a framework agreement with a single expert partner for the technical development, expansion, integration, support and management of the SAS Data Platform. The contract involves further professionalising the data platform, establishing secure and future-proof connections with various source systems, and supporting the Client in data-driven working practices. The framework agreement has an initial term of three years, with the option to extend it twice for one year each.
