Description

The Contracting Authority shall enter into a framework agreement for mobile telephony with the accompanying services that cover all requirements for speech, SMS/MMS, mobile data and mobile company network system - including administration, invoicing, security, support and implementation. The system shall ensure good and stable mobile coverage and capacity across the municipalities ́ locations and for employees in assignments, with particular emphasis on critical services within health and care. It is a prerequisite for operational safety, redundancy, notification of planned work/errors, as well as stand-by for extraordinary events.
