Bolsover District Council require a reliable and competent Maintenance Operative service to support the day‑to‑day running, upkeep, and presentation of: • Pleasley Vale Business Park • Tangent Business Hub • Other Bolsover District Council Corporate Properties The service includes routine maintenance, minor repairs, vacant‑unit preparation, grounds maintenance, and general support to ensure both sites remain safe, tidy, and operational. A total of 37 hours per week must be provided across both sites, with the majority of time spent at Pleasley Vale.
