Etc. are looking for a supplier to help develop and mobilise CETEC's marketing and communications activity, creating a strong outward-facing presence that raises awareness, engages key stakeholders, supports recruitment ambitions, and establishes CETEC as a leading provider of clean energy education and training. The Clean Energy Training and Education Centre (CETEC) is a strategic initiative designed to position the organisation at the forefront of clean energy skills development, supporting regional economic growth and workforce development priorities. As CETEC moves from development into delivery, there is a requirement to establish a strong and credible external presence, build stakeholder awareness, and support learner and employer engagement. To accelerate mobilisation, the organisation seeks to appoint a marketing consultant to provide specialist support between November and March, ensuring CETEC launches with a clear and compelling market profile and communications strategy.
