Czechia – IT services: consultancy, software development, internet and support – Framework agreement for the provision of external resources to support and develop AI cloud solutions in the Microsoft Azure environment

Description

The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement within the meaning of Section 131 et seq. of the Act. The framework agreement will be concluded for a period of 4 years, or until the financial limit of CZK 20,000,000 excluding VAT has been exhausted, whichever occurs first (hereinafter also referred to as the ‘framework agreement’). The framework agreement will be concluded between the contracting authority referred to above and up to three participants in the procurement procedure, namely those participants who, following evaluation, are ranked first to third. Individual public contracts will be awarded on the basis of the framework agreement through a procedure without reopening competition amongst the participants in the framework agreement, in accordance with Section 134(1) of the Act. In accordance with Section 132(4) of the Act, all terms and conditions for the performance of the public contract (i.e. including the procedure for awarding individual public contracts under the framework agreement) are set out in the framework agreement
