Description

The subject matter of the public contract is the provision of the following services by the contractor: i. the supply of an administrative information system (hereinafter referred to as ‘PORT’), comprising the gradual development and implementation of PORT, which is understood to mean its gradual creation, development and implementation within the server and communications infrastructure provided by the contractor for its operation; and ii. ensuring the operation of PORT, including the provision of the server and communications infrastructure provided by the contractor for its operation and ensuring cooperation during the migration of data from the current software solution used by the contracting authority to PORT, provided that this infrastructure shall be a cloud computing service within the meaning of Act No. 365/2000 Coll., on public administration information systems and amending certain other Acts, as amended.
