Greece - Building and facilities management services - Open procedure for the selection of the contractor for the provision of Hard & Soft FM Services of the Centre

Description

The subject of the contract is the awarding of building and facilities management services (Hard & Soft FM Services) that combine to ensure the smooth operation of the building facilities of the SNFCC M.A.E., for one (1) year, with options, on the one hand, for the awarding of additional extraordinary works and, on the other hand, for the extension of the duration for up to twenty-four (24) months. The detailed scope of the services under the Contract and the option rights are described in Annexes I and A, B and C of the Contract Notice, as well as in the Appendices thereto. The total estimated value of the Contract, with the options, i.e. the option to award additional extraordinary works and the option to extend the duration for up to twenty four months, is estimated at EUR 1,000,000.
