This procurement will be conducted as a below-threshold open procedure. The opportunity will be advertised via the Authority’s e-tendering portal (Jaggaer), and bids will be invited from suitably qualified suppliers with demonstrable experience in delivering comparable geotechnical investigation services. The Authority will conduct this procurement in accordance with the principles of the Procurement Act 2023, ensuring that the process is transparent, proportionate, and facilitates fair and open competition.
