Description
The subject of the public contract is the modernization of the hospital information system (NIS) by extending its functionalities. The subject of performance also includes servicing. More detailed terms and conditions of the subject matter of the tender are contained in the technical specification of supply forming part C. of this documentation and in the draft contract forming part D. of this tender documentation. The public contract is not divided into parts. The contracting authority has decided not to divide the contract into parts because of the interconnection of the requested performance with each other, when the extension of the functionalities of the hospital information system as a whole is requested. Therefore, it is necessary that all components of the subject of performance be performed as a whole.
