Description

The object of the contract is the implementation of an Integrated Information System (IIS) for the Unified Scholarship Management of the IHU. The new OMS for the Unified Scholarship Management of IKY emphasizes interoperability and interconnection with other information systems of public sector bodies, the automation of internal administrative processes and the circulation of electronic documents and the use of digital signatures, in the context of the necessary digital transformation of IKY. The design and implementation of the action will take into account all existing information systems and archives as well as the Foundation's competences based on its institutional role and operational purpose. The new IT system will integrate all the individual processes for the management of the grant life cycle.
