Description

The aim of the procurement is to establish a framework agreement for the procurement of IT related consultancy services. The contract will be signed with several parallel tenderers within the defined disciplines in order to ensure sufficient capacity, flexibility and access to top competence. Ikomm requests a supplier mix that consists of both smaller, specialised professional environments and large tenderers with broad capacity. The competition is therefore designed with low threshold requirements and a clear emphasis on competence, relevance, interaction model and transfer of competence. The call-offs on the framework agreement will primarily apply to assignments for supporting our Owner Municipalities and their IT projects, but can also relate to internal Ikomm projects.
