Description

The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement within the meaning of § 131 et seq. of the Act. The framework agreement will be concluded for a period of 4 years or until the financial limit of CZK 20 000 000 excluding VAT is exhausted, whichever is the earlier (hereinafter referred to as the 'framework agreement'). The framework agreement will be concluded between the above-mentioned contracting authority and up to three tenderers, with the tenderers ranking first to third after evaluation. The individual contracts will be awarded on the basis of the framework agreement in accordance with the procedure without renewed competition between the parties to the framework agreement pursuant to Article 134(1) of the Act. In accordance with Article 132(4) of the Act, all the terms and conditions for the performance of the public contract (i.e. including the procedure for awarding individual public contracts under the framework agreement) are contained in the framework agreement
