Description

The contract shall include provision for all Fire and Intruder Alarm Systems planned preventative maintenance (PPM), minor remedial works, emergency call outs and repairs and installation works across all Capital City College (CCC) sites. Works and services shall be completed in line with legislative requirements, professional and British Standards, manufacturer instructions and industry best practice. The successful contractor shall be required to work with CCC to design appropriate work schedules in line with above and CCC budget strategy.
