The subject of the contract is implemented within the framework of the project Personalization of services and support of omni-channel communication model of the city of Trenčín, submitted within the call Personalization of public administration services and support of omni-channel communication model, call code PSK-MIRRI-620-2024-DVI-EFRR. By implementing this contract, the contracting authority wants to comprehensively solve the communication of citizens/businessmen with the city, to ensure the implementation of the principle of 1x and enough, to link registers and available databases and thus reduce the input of citizens/businessmen, to optimize the number of electronic forms, to take a proactive approach, which means to offer its clients those services that are relevant and at the right time.
