France - Earthmoving work - Construction by the Campus Condorcet Public Establishment (EPCC) of the new headquarters of the Ecole Pratique de Hautes Études (EPHE) in Aubervilliers

Description

The subject of this contract is the construction work to be carried out by the Contractor on behalf of the Établissement Public Campus Condorcet (EPCC), on its site in Aubervilliers, of a building intended to house, in particular, the headquarters of the École Pratique de Hautes Études (EPHE), some of its institutes and laboratories, as well as teaching premises. The project owner has set itself ambitious environmental objectives (Bdf certification - Bâtiments durables franciliens approach), particularly with regard to the use of environmentally-friendly materials and the circular economy and re-use of construction materials. The reuse targets set by the project owner for the construction of the new headquarters of the École Pratique des Hautes Études (EPHE) are explained below.
