Description

The purpose of this framework agreement is the supply and installation of the hardware and software required for the upgrading of Lyon Métropole Habitat’s IT infrastructure. In addition to the replacement and addition of hardware infrastructure, it includes software maintenance contracts and the necessary supplementary licence fees. It also covers consultancy and support services in connection with the design of new architectures, as well as the deployment and post-implementation monitoring of hardware or software.
