Drainage, Jetting, External Leak Detection and Repair and External Fresh Water Maintenance Services

Description

Broadacres wishes to appoint a single contractor to deliver drainage, jetting, external leak detection and repair and external fresh water supply maintenance services across its property portfolio. The intention is to enter into the Contract for a period of three (3) years with an option to extend for up to two (2) years up to a maximum duration of five (5) years. The scope of Services to be delivered under the Contract will be largely responding to reactive repairs and call outs to provide the maintenance services to the list of properties provided in the asset list contained within the Pricing Schedule at Document 6 of the tender pack.
