Description
The subject matter of the public contract is the provision of post-warranty support for the Data Protector software components specified in Annex 2 of the tender documentation – Price Table (hereinafter also referred to as “SW”). The scope of the contract also includes the supply of patch releases and new versions of the SW, including their documentation in electronic form. A more detailed specification of the subject matter of the public contract, including the technical specifications, is set out in the draft contract, which forms Annex 1 to the tender documentation.
