Description
The subject of the contract is the supply of 1 server and the relevant software licences. A detailed description of the required configuration and quantities is set out in Annex 1 to the contract, entitled: Technical Specification. As part of the performance of the contract, the Contracting Authority requires: • the supply of original and new equipment, • the provision of a manufacturer’s confirmation stating that the hardware supplied is intended for the Czech market, originates from an official distribution channel and complies with the relevant technical standards and legal regulations in force in the Czech Republic, • the supply of software licences in accordance with the specification set out in Annex 1 to the Tender Documentation; • the supply of a user manual for the subject matter of the contract. A detailed specification of the subject matter of the contract is set out in Annexes 1 and 2 to the Tender Documentation.
