Romania – Office cleaning services – Framework agreement for office cleaning services at the D.G.R.F.P. in Cluj-Napoca and its subordinate units

Description

The contracting authority – the Cluj-Napoca Regional Directorate-General for Public Finance – wishes to procure office cleaning services at the contracting authority’s headquarters and at the premises of its subordinate tax offices, by entering into a framework agreement for a period of 12 months (from 1 August 2026 to 31 July 2027), for the following lots: 1 – Cluj County, 2 – Bihor County, 3 – Bistrița-Năsăud County, 4 – Maramureș County, 5 – Satu Mare County, 6 – Sălaj County. The deadline by which any interested economic operator is entitled to request clarifications or additional information regarding the tender documentation is 14 days before the deadline for the submission of tenders.
